Is this root system healthy? Any advice on repotting?

These roots like to grow out red. Do you know what a scratch test is? Can you just scratch off a little piece of the outer layer? So it doesn’t need to be a big scratch but anywhere alone there. - if your plant is green, or white or in this case red we are good. If the plant is dark brown or brown or the roots can snap they can’t wiggle if you gently play with them? Are they like a noodle that is not fully cooked feeling or is it tight and feels like if you tugged a little it’d break, then it’s on its way out.. but it being a philo, it comes back. They are good at that.. 🫶🏻😉🤞🤞
