I'm NOT an expert. But those look like water spots to me. Our plant friends need to have their leaves cleaned so they can " breathe "
That being said.... always check for pests!!!! Again.... NOT an expert! But I see water spots! From hard? Water try washing her down leaf by leaf and inspecting her as you do it. She must be happy if she has new growth!!!

Mine did/do that as well, I was absolutely FREAKING OUT until I posted on Greg and did a few google searches. It is in fact, just water being shown in the leaves. Mine is fine (heh that rhymed!) so I’m guessing yours will be just fine.
