Hello! It is a schefflera. So it could be anything. With these, sometimes all you need is a stronger draft or to breathe on them and they throw a fit.
But I noticed that this plant doesn’t have drainage? That may be the issue, water less frequently or repot into a pot with drainage.
Although, it looks quite bleak to me so it may be best to propagate!

Yes mine has always been near a window about 3 feet. Its huge. Full of leaves. Light matters. Or invest in grow light. Hope this helps
