Atticus’ leaves are crispy??
Atticus, the elephant bush’s leaves are getting kind of crispy on the bottom. What’s happening? #HappyPlants #PLANTMAFIA #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #SucculentLove
3” pot with drainage
Last watered 1 month ago
The crispy leaves are also like more than halfway up the stalk but the top couple are fine. I watered him today
Looks like maybe it’s overwatered? I’d let it drink the water that’s there and soak again only when the soil is completely dry
He also might like to just sit in dry soil every once in a while. I would play around with it and see what works 😊
The main reason that elephant bush leaves get crispy is due to overwatering. Too much water prevents the plant from getting oxygen.
My elephant bush was shedding basically every day and I eventually had to give up on it :( definitely pay attention to how watered it is bc I might have overwatered mine constantly :/
