Why is my Rex begonia so sad??

Hello! I was looking for some help with my Rex begonia. She has been looking very droopy lately and has progressively browning tips on her leaves and I can’t figure out the issue. I tried switching from tap to distilled water and I also started using a watering bulb because I read she likes consistent moisture instead of being watered every few days but I feel like she just keeps getting worse!! Any help would be appreciated thank you πŸ™ #RexBegonia #help

I'd consider repoting in a plastic or glazed ceramic since terra cotta pots encourage moisture loss. I'd also consider using treated tap water (make it yourself using aquarium water conditioner to remove chlorine). Water to completely soak the roots well, let excess drain completely and water when the soil doesn't feel moist to gentle touch. This is my "secret" to my one and only rex... Almost lost her but once I figured this out, she's beautiful ❀️
Overwatering will kill it faster than anything else, the roots don't want to be wet all the time. It might actually be overwatering that's making it sad. But otherwise, Humidity! Make sure it's not near a drafty window or heat vent. If that's not enough, humidifier (or pebble tray).
