Update to my question. I also take it out of the ceramic pot as to not have standing water when I do water it. It also was outside three weeks ago and got rained on but I don’t think this would of caused that
Looks rotted at the bottom of the stem I’d say yes time to propagate looks like you have at least two cuttings there to work with.

I would do each two node cuttings looks like you will have two … two node cuttings . I have two types growing in my flower bed in my front yard. Let me see if I can find a pic! Never thought they would be good flower bed plants lol

Well i usually Take it out of the pot and look at the roots... Usually by doing that, you'll know exactly what you should do. if the roots are all completely gone from root rot, you can propagate. Some of them are rotted, cut them off and keep the ones that are still thriving and repot it in something smaller with more proper soil that gives it aeration.. In a pot that has drainage.
