Do you have any animals? That looks almost identical to when my cat was munching on my philodendron. I had to move all the plants to a safe room.
If not, it may be another pest. It's hard to tell from the darker photo, but are there any other signs? Like any webbing. Can you check the underside of the leaves to see if there are signs of other pests?

Hi! Thanks for replying. Yes, the photo is too dark. I'll send another one in the morning when there's better light. I don't have any critters in the house, so it couldn't be a munching problem. No webbing, but I will check the undersides, also in the morning. In the meantime, thanks for your patience. I love this little baby!

The underside of the leaf definitely looks like something is going on. I can see some old scarring but that whitish pattern is funky. Do any of the other leaves have that? @sarahsalith any ideas?

Nope....no whitish on any others leaves inside or out. A few tiny round brown spots on the inside of some of the leaves, which were easy to remove. Just sprayed her with Neem-peppermint.
