Is my Ti infected with a fungus?

#TiPlant I left my TI outside during 3 days of below 30F in Houston about 2.5 weeks ago, I covered her, but it was not enough, the leaves have been turning brown and droopy and recently black spots have appeared on stems and leaves, not the main stems. It looks fungal, can I save her? What should I do?

It seems like its fungal. You can spray fungicide on it cut off the bad leaves... if its in a pot, bring it inside the house! They are tropical, they love warmth and humidity.
Thanks, do you have a fungicide you recommend?
Mine was a rescue and it grew mold in its pot. I had to propagate it, i now have it growing in leca in my bathroom.
I think some of damage is freeze related https://www.gardeningknowhow.com/houseplants/ti-plant/growing-hawaiian-ti-plant-indoors.htm
