If I were you I would make a complaint to the company, and try to get a replacement. If you don't want to give your plant up you could put in damp soil,and make sure that it is most. Hope it helps!🙂🙂

They are pretty hardy plants. Check the water status and give it some indirect lighting for a few days or so. It is probably in shipment shock. And yes, you could contact the company.
