Hi @EclecticFilbert! It looks like your plant is in a pot without drainage. Overwatering/water retention can cause brown spots and root rot to occur on plants. Water getting on the leaves can also cause this. If it's isolated to those two leaves that might be the cause as well.
Too much direct sunlight can also cause brown spots but based on your plant card, the plant is only getting indirect.
