Yellowing?

My big lady Matcha is seemingly yellowing in some spots and it has me worried because i absolutely adore her.
I was wondering if it could be that she needs to be repotted from the pot i got her in or doesn’t get enough light (she has a grow light and that light is on a schedule, but i fear that it may not be enough). Shes on a regular watering schedule just like my monsteras, so im not sure if i might be over watering her or not :(
Any help at all is greatly appreciated!!!
1ft to light, indirect
9” pot with drainage

@KeyMountainflax hi there and welcome to Greg. I have 10’ of monstera adanosii going across my walls, and when I have issues it is usually from underwatering or just humidity issues. Is this widespread or just a few leaves ? If it’s a few leaves it might just be humidity. I’ve had my vines across my walls for years and sometimes it happens and it’s just the way these plants can be. If it’s not sporadic or isolated ir might be signs of something bigger at play. Nonetheless check for pests. Always check for pests. Diagnosis this issue would require a lot more informationβ€”-grow lights usually need to be within a foot of of the leaf to make a difference and watering practices, composition of the substrate matter too
@TexanExpat it seems to just be a couple leaves. From what i’ve see right now there is.. 8 singular leaves that appear to be yellowing and they’re mainly the ones that are crawling up the wall. I do keep my house air conditioned because it gets fairly hot, i’m sure you’re aware how hot it gets in Texas lol. I check my plants religiously on the daily for pests and I haven’t seen any at all. The grow light i do have is by the base of the plant and it doesn’t seem to touch the top, so perhaps it could be that as well as maybe humidity! Thank you so much
@KeyMountainflax when you have a vining plant like that it’s going to happen. Some are more durable than others; golden pothos is more resilient than my monstera. Leaves are going to yellow and die in the normal course of the plants life it is when you start seeing stuff that’s not isolated. These vines will continue to grow looking for more light. I have soltech track lighting pointed on my walls to give mine light. I recently become aware that it’s prudent to have a 30-40x magnifying glass to look the plants over routinely. We can’t see a lot of pests unless our eyes becomes trained to be able to spot them. I wouldn’t worry about it unless it starts becoming more than just the occasional
@TexanExpat ooh ok that makes total sense now thank you for telling me! I will continue to monitor as much as i can until i get a magnifying glass like that! Thank you so much for your advice i really appreciate it! I will look into getting a proper light for Ms. Matcha
@KeyMountainflax grow lights are a quirky thing. Generally they need to be within 1’ unless you are merely supplementing natural light. Soltech however sells higher end lights that are for interior design grow lights but they slow you to cover a whole wall depending on how big the wall is. One light mounted on the ceiling can cover a few feet of area
@TexanExpat i just measured Matcha and she is about 5’5ft from the base of the soil to her longest vine! She just almost reaches the corner of my window. Granted she is on a stool so that makes it easier for her to reach the top. I believe my wall is about 7-8ft? So do you maybe think two grow lights would do me any good or should i stick with one
