Hi! Dry/falling leaves could be due to underwatering. You could get a moisture meter to know when you need to water your plants. (🚨overwatering is very bad too especially if the drainage is bad)
It looks like you have really well-draining soil with lots of perlite. As long as you good drainage in the pot, you can water it well when the soil is dry.
If it doesn't seem to help when you water, placing the whole plant and pot in a bowl of water and allowing the soil to soak up as much water as it wants might help out too. (:
