I think my plants stem are rot, I plan to wash the root and repot it

@HotLeadplant to me it looks like you have root rot. You can take sterilized scissors and trim them up. Sterilize them with rubbing alcohol. Then you should be good to go. Just wash off the old dirt before repotting as much as you can. Best of luck. Happy growing 💚💚🌱🌱
