What are these spots?

My #PinkPrincessPhilodendron has started to grow new leaves but I just noticed these spots appearing on the newest leaf. I was reading it might be either sun damage or it’s not getting enough light (I have her next to a window facing north and I put a growing light that I turn on at night -it’s next to my albo monstera-). I know the spots are very small but I worry it might be something more severe like pests, and if it is, I want to deal with it before my other plants get infected.
If anyone has any suggestions of what it could be, what I should do, or what I can do to better identify what it’s causing the spots, and what I should be looking out for, I would appreciate the help
I’m still very new to plant ownership and I want to have as much information as possible to make sure I’m taking good care of them :))

I am not an expert but my opinion would be that it is just part of the variation in the leaf
Kind of looks like sun damage/burn, or just dehydration. The leaves look a bit crispy/dehydrated around the edges as well. Maybe move it into the bathroom during showers for awhile?
I always tend to rush and over do repotting but that pot looks a little small considering all of her leaves.
I believe is because of the sun, last time I took all my plant outside to the shade to get some fresh air but she didn’t like it 😞
Exactly what spots are you talking about? The ones in the middle or the ones on the edges? οΏΌ
