What’s with these leaves?

Picked this anthurium up for $10 at Walmart. Trimmed a lot of dead growth away and off the leaves. It’s been about a month and now this is happening. I’m mostly concerned about the big tall leaf in the first pic. Is it fungus? Check for pests! I know you need neem oil, but I’ve never really gotten pests, and I know @SuperbRaspfern gives a detailed explanation for pests.

Ofc it could also be overwatering, but that soil looks pretty well draining to me, so I think it’s pests. Hopefully she is online to help you!

Do you have filtered water? I read somewhere when I was looking up plants my plants that when the leaves start crinkling are turning brown it also could be the water having too much chlorine so I bought a water softener so far so good.

@clairsheart I use the filtered water from my fridge. And I usually have it sit overnight to bring it to room temp, I think that also dechlorinates it?
