Should I remove the dead parts?

So Two parts of my Tiger tooth Aloe plant have died and I don’t know if I should remove them or to keep them because I don’t know if they will hurt the plant or help it, Also how should I remove the dead parts if I should remove them.
3ft to light, direct
4” pot with drainage

Definitely remove them otherwise the mother uses her energy to try and help them. Since they are dead they provide no value and can encourage pests. They should just pull free very easily. If not just use some scissors to clip them free. 🩷
@KeenRainbow64 Welcome to the Greg community! I agree with @SuperbRaspfern removing the dead plants is the only option. It will encourage new growth when the plants are removed and the plant has more room to expand.
