@StarBloodbanana this plant is one that likes to stay consistently moist but not soggy. So you need a substrate that helps retain moisture but not wetness. I use coco coir combined with chunky perlite and coco chips (or orchid bark), but you have to supplement with plant food/fertilizer regularly. Coco coir is great for moisture but not wetness, and it layers air pockets as well. Or if you have some composted soil add a scoop. This plant thrives in 70% humidity so you need a substrate that doesn’t get soggy.
