It's either perspiration or some plants release a small amount of sweet "juice" to attract pollinators in the wild.

@StarFeijoa60 hello. I’ve had this happen on a couple of my plants..I remember someone mentioning guttation (I had said my plant was crying lol) and it’s expelling extra nutrients, etc. if I find the post I’m talking about I’ll take you.
