erm weird soil
I watered Circe not all that long ago (like a few days maybe) and now there's this odd fungus looking stuff over the top of the soil. It kinda reminds me of when dust gets stuck in sticky residue

It looks like mold. I would repot in fresh soil and give the pot a good scrub. You can also sprinkle cinnamon on top of the soil to keep mold away and increase airflow with a little fan placed nearby.
