What is this orange stuff on my Tinker?

It is on several leave all at the top. This is the only part of the plant that is in direct sun a few hours a day. She is getting taller and has about a foot of bare stem at the bottom. All of those leaves fell off. Inches midsection beautiful healthy leaves remain. #plantsmakepeoplehappy #happyplants #ficus #RubberPlant #jodisplace
It could possibly be a fungal issue? What’s it’s watering schedule like? #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict
If that's a never never plant (or any type prayer plant)? If so, it should never be hit with the sun.
@Stall54Jo @plantstate oh, I thought it was a Rubber Plant(baby)? The more I look at it, the more I think it looks like fungus. @Stall54Jo does it have good drainage? You look like you have way more experience with plants than I do, however, I’ve dealt with some fungal issues myself and it sure looks similar. πŸ„πŸ˜³
@Stall54Jo you have quite a plant collection! Where do you find room for all of them? Beautiful!πŸͺ΄πŸŒΏπŸͺ΄πŸŒΏ
Thank you for your responses @Stlplants @plantstate. Yes this is a Verigated Rubber Tree called Tineke. I water every 11 to 14 days. Good soil and good drainage. He is 2.5ft from windows. This stuff has a texture to it almost like sand. It does not wash off. As far as where I keep so many plants? I have ten windows in the LR 2 in DR. I hung some rods over these for hanging plants and shelves for the rest. I rearranged the furniture to accommodate my collection. My husband often ays he feels like he is living in a jungle πŸ˜ƒ
I’m having the same issue with the exact same plant, I’m leaning towards it being a fungal issue. It’s been going on for over a year now.
It’s from excess watering. Mine got that once. I stopped watering and gave it a break. Never came back since the tree doesn’t really need so much water.
