Splitting 2x a year?

It seems my lithops are a little confused about the seasons๐Ÿค” And I am not quite sure what to do, as they are not all splitting๐Ÿ˜…

I thougt they were supposed to flower in fall and split in spring? They were splitting when I got them this spring, but now they are at it again. Maybe they are too small/young to flower yet?

@MockingJay this does happen when they are younger but some of those look quite mature, but does occur when overwatering a bit or arw adjusting from their previous cycle to your place as they are slow growers it can take a while to adjust.
This also happens when they divide and form two heads, so this could be happening instead of flowering.
