I'm going away for 10 days starting from Thursday and I can't bring Pinky.😭 Should I water her or leave her till I come back?

If your profile is correct that Pinky was watered 6 days ago, she should be fine for ten days. Succulents are very resilient to dry conditions, but too much water will definitely kill it.
