HELP!
I looked up if this was concerning and google told me it wasn’t concerning unless the top leaves were yellow (which they aren’t). BUT I wanted to get a trusty second opinion and advice. HELP! Is this a sign of overwatering or anything? What can I do to help my baby?

Sounds like good advice! If new growth is yellow it's a problem, but Dieffenbachias I have had usually shed lower leaves in favour of new oned,so in my opinion it looks totally fine.

I agree with @GreenGoblin - as long as there aren't several, one or two here or there is okay. It can be part of the acclimation process if you just got it. It can also be a sign of overwatering, but I don't think that's the case.
