Pale and curly leaves on #Monstera

This new #Monstera leaf is pale and all the leaves are starting to get curly. Is this normal? I have a plant light on them for 12 hours a day since our apartment doesn’t get direct sunlight during the winter months. Located by the window but the leaves do feel cold. These is also this visible root. I water ~1.5 cups every ten days when the top layer of soil is dry. Let me know if I should change anything!

It needs water
Use a stick and check in the soil to see if it’s dry if it’s not then you don’t have to water it
I just got my monstera and it looks great, it came n a plastic black pot and a cream bigger pot. Do i transfer it now or wait a little? And the only window I have to put it by has a window blind. Do u think it will get enough light? I’m so scared, I adore plants but have trouble keeping anything alive. Please help. Thank you ❀️
First honey, how big is the plant and what size is the pot it’s in. If it has a lot of air roots, I would repot it into a deeper pot with good draining soil. I always use potting soil from Amazon. It’s called soil sunrise. It has a lot of nutrients and all my plants I use that and they’re all doing really well. I would not water it before you’re gonna repot it and be careful cause the arms can break when you move it. All new leaves on a Monstera come in lighter. The color will deepen as it gets older.
