How do I know when to repot?
I’m fairly new to plants and thought I’d start off with some pothos. I got her from a local shop to me and am just wondering if she needs a new home or if she’s fine in the pot she’s in? Any other tips would also be great because I honestly have very little clue on what I’m doing!! #NeonPothos #Pothos #GregGang

I wouldn't repot for a while if you just got it. Plants need to acclimate to their new spot after you bring them home.

After a month or two, you can lift the plant from the pot and take a gander at the roots. If you still see lots of soil and the plant isn't declining, you can keep it in the same pot for a year or more (depending on its care).

It's best not to repot right off the bat, in general.

Welcome to Greg, Thad!
Id repot so she can grow more. Maybe an inch or two planter💁🏼‍♀️ She looks beautiful already! When repotting tho make sure you clean the dirt from the roots so they can breath😊
@sarahsalith thank you!
Welcome 🤗 and congratulations 🎊 Athena and beautiful 🤩
They like to be a bit crowded root wise so I wouldn’t repot until it’s unhappy or every year is a good schedule for plants with no problems
@thadkost Welcome to Greg, Thad. @sarahsalith is 💯 correct. My Neon Potho is flourishing.
