Why is the leafs like this?

That looks like physical damage. Sometimes things happen and plants "remember" with their leaves. It won't go away, but in time, maybe you'll think it's character. (:
If you can't stand it, you can always cut that leaf off near the soil line and plop it in a cup of water. Then it'll grow a whole new plant!
