I think your soil looks very dry, hence drooping leaves and way to much direct light can be the cause of the browning on the leaves tips. I water once every 7 days with 2 to 3 ice cubes and my money plant is thriving for a year through 4 seasons and currently through winter months showing new growth even with this method and it is placed in indirect sunlight. Try moving yours where it gets light but indirect sunlight and try this water process
@MindfulCamelina Hi! I looked at your plant card and saw that your plant is in a pot with no drainage. If this is true, you will need to re-pot into a container with drainage to (hopefully) prevent root rot. The discoloration on your leaves can also be a sign of root rot, so re-potting your Money Tree into a pot with drainage will give you the opportunity to check out the roots. If you find any mushy roots and/or stinky potting mix, it will be important to rinse the soil from the roots, cut off the mushy roots with sterilized scissors, rinse roots with hydrogen peroxide, and re-pot into a clean container (with drainage) using fresh potting mix that is well-draining. Youβll need to throw away the old potting mix. If there is no root rot, then youβll at least have your plant in a pot with drainage.
Regarding the light, I see that your Money Tree is near your Spider plant. This *could* be a good place for it. What direction does that window face? How long have you had your money tree? And how long have you had your spider plant?
