Help me help my Geo!
Hello friends! My #GeogenanthusCiliatus is struggling in the Colorado dry air. I’ve tried regular watering, misting, even running my shower twice daily to give it some humidity. Aside from a terrarium, does anyone have any advice? Thanks so much! #HappyPlants #help

Also, the pot doesn’t have any drainage, and so I am wondering if it might need to have some especially with how regularly one needs to water this plant. It likes evenly moist soil, and it doesn’t like to dry out before watering, but just like most plants it also doesn’t do well sitting in water. It makes it a bit tricky!

This might be a light issue. This plant as far as I understand it is a rainforest ground growing plant, and so prefers indirect light. In the card it says it receives direct light. Perhaps changing locations to getting indirect light would help!

Thanks so much, @malobee! Just this morning I moved it into a pot that drains—because the one it came in (as you noted) has no drainage. I’m also keeping it out of direct sun now. Thank for these tips! I’ll let you know how it goes!
