Monstera root rot

Help! I checked my monsteras roots and all of them were rotter. Would putting it in a soil mix with orchid bark and tropical soul mix in a small terracotta pot help it?
3ft to light, indirect
12โ€ pot with drainage
Last watered 1 month ago
@Froggo_118 hi if your root are rotted out, Iโ€™d use hydrogen peroxide solution and get them cleaned up: cut off the bad roots to save the plant: let it callus over before putting it into water.
Save any roots if you can.
Iโ€™d also put her in a water prop until it gets new roots. About a month or so, changing the water weekly to avoid bacteria.
Once you get new strong roots then Iโ€™d replant.
I use a quick draining soil mixed with perlite and orchid bark.
Iโ€™ve had the same thing happen and that worked for me.
Hope that helps ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ
If all roots have rotten - I would attempt to propagate it.
Not all roots are rotted. It has a few long ones and a lot new small ones. Would a tropical mix mixed with orchid bark, charcoal, and perlite work?
