Damaged stem

I repotted Circe last night and while doing so the top sorta flopped over when I took it off the support and the stem started cracking :(. This has happened before, and I've already got it supported with a lattice I made, but is there anything else I could do to help it heal better/faster?

@alec08 You can put a slit in a straw and put it around the stem at that break. You can splint it with toothpicks and wrap a bandaid. Dab some cinnamon to make sure infection doesn’t get in and then wait. If it is a thing that will heal, it will with support. If not, it will die off

Hmm I haven’t had experience healing a break before but when a limb is lost during a repot I just propagate it! I think syngonium cuttings can be propagated in water?
