My leaves are going yellow, any suggestions? ππΌ

@Lorns If you don't mind taking a picture of your plant so I can see it? It would help determine what the issue is. Thanks βΊοΈ But off the top, without a pic, Cleopatra needs to be moved closer to a window. Ideally less than 3 feet from it. She needs that light to grow big and healthy.
@Lorns There are a few reasons why this could be happening. In regards to recent care was it moved recently closer to the window? It could be an over watering/under watering issue. Have you changed her watering schedule or the consistency/amount of watering? Pests as well? In the winter the soil doesn't dry out as quickly so the watering should be less frequent. Always check to make sure the top couple of inches are dry before you water even if the app says it's time. If it isn't click snooze and manually update the app when you do water. The app will learn your watering schedule in time. All of these things need to be considered. It would be so much easier if they could talk to us right? Lol
@princesspitstop maybe over watered, definitely not under and it hasnβt moved position. Do I leave it now to dry out or should I do anything else?
@Lorns The problem with over-watering is that the roots aren't able to breathe. You can remove the yellowing leaves. They won't come back and the plant is expending energy that it could be using elsewhere. I would just let it dry out until like the 2nd knuckle on your finger is dry. She'll be fine until then.
@Lorns You're so welcome! π€
