Did I already kill it?

I was gifted a cyclamen on 11/15 by my mom. It was store-bought but luscious and blooming. Less than 2 weeks later, she looks awful! I know she is crowded, and I ordered a bigger pot. It got delayed, but Amazon says that it will be here Friday.

What can I do to help her survive the week?? Is it too late?
3ft to light, indirect

It just looks over-watered? Plants don't die that quickly, you'd see it wither and change colours first at the very least. Don't panic. Move it somewhere with more light, I think cyclamens prefer some direct light (?). I'll wait for someone who actually knows cyclamens to give more detailed advice, but I just want to say don't panic, it just looks like it's sulking, it's definitely not already dead!

With that foil around it, it might be overwatered ... or too dry. The good thing about Cyclamen (one of my FAVORITE PLANTS) is they are cold-weather plants. I keep mine in a west window and sometimes I crack the window open a bit for cold air.

I have had mine for many many years. It isn't as full as it has been, but I love it nonetheless.

Each year it grows several seed pods. And one of my favorite parts is the base: it is so fat! ïŋžI keep mine at the top of the soil so I can see it.
Cyclamen are pretty temperamental. I would take it out of the decorative paper to make sure it's not sitting in water. If its overwatered, set it on something absorbant, like paper towels, and let it soak up some of the moisture. They like bright indirect sunlight and do not like drafts or cold, in my experience anyway. I've killed several of them, unfortunately, in learning what they need. I would do some research and learn all you can about their preferences. They're so beautiful âĪïļ hope this helps 😊
