Hi there, unfortunately, those dried areas won’t heal. But this snake plant will grow more leaves and if you can provide optimum care they will look fine. You can then eventually chop the affected leaves at the base and just cut them up into sections for propagations.
If you’re a new plant parent, my suggestion is to avoid keeping your plants in a pot without drainage. It makes it much harder to control overwatering and has the potential for creating root rot and other root issues. Best of luck! 🌿🌿🌿
