What the heck could this be?

Should I be worried, or is this just one of those things that cactus does. It does not scrape off or move. I did overwater 2 weeks ago. I watered too soon. I hope she is not sick. #fairycastlecactus #cactusclique #happyplants #pestcontrol #plantsmakepeoplehappy
