Hi @ZarfSeacampion the area you live in is in the hardiness zone for hens and chicks. As I understand it they will comeback every year. I found a guide on Spruce:

I was going to follow this for myself but mine succumbed to a clumsy, curious squirrel who was learning how to do something else but took out the planter and all!
Before then I had wanted to bring it indoors before any hard frosts in my area in FL.
It really depends on your choice from what I understand. Either way I would love to see the results! Your plants are beautiful!
