My succulent has white on the stem in between the leaves....

Those are mealy bugs. You can wipe them off with a qtip dipped in rubbing alcohol. Make sure you isolate this plant while you’re treating it. You may need to spray it down with water/alcohol mix or insecticidal soap. It’s best to do this later in the day so it doesn’t get any bright sun on its leaves while the spray is sitting on them.
