Yes and no. Your plant is experiencing a phenomenon known in succulents as sun stress, which is not as bad as it sounds. When succulents get an adequate amount of sunlight, their leaves will change color; it is considered very desirable in the succulent community and does not harm the plant, in fact it is a sign your plant is very happy right now.
