Something’s up with my monstera leaves

Hey! Yesterday I found one of my monstera deliciosa ‘s old leaf like the pic.
I have found this in my adasonii as well but thought it was a lack of nutrients but now i dont think that’s it, i changed the monstera’s soil 3 months ago…
Am i dealing with some kind of pest here?
The black spots are not dirt. They appear along with the transparent spots. Don’t know what they are
This looks like a thrips infestation and the brown spots are their 💩

Thrips can spread very quickly so I’d start with quarantining that plant & check any others near it. You can mix neem oil with warm or tepid water and a little soap to help the oil mix with the water.

I also recommend buying some bonide systemic granules to incorporate into the soil every 8 weeks or so as this is the best preventative for thrips. Spray the plant down on the tops and bottoms of the leaves with the neem spray as well as any other affected plants! Continue to spray daily until you don’t see any more signs of pests.

Make sure not to spray neem in direct sunlight as it’ll burn the leaves when the neem is still wet.
@elisenavidad thank you! I spent las night cleaning leaf by leaf of every plant i saw had been affected. I’ll keep a close eye on them and see how they evolve!
@Pulgarverdemami you’re absolutely on the right track!! Hopefully this solves the problem 🤍
