Experiment update!
So here are the #RoyalProps!!!
I planted them all on 1.19.2025 and I think these are some pretty awesome results at 3 weeks.
The #watermethod is for sure beating out everything but the #cococoir is definitely second. The #moss is giving very regular #prop growing vibes.
Surprisingly the #pinkprincessphilodendron is putting out roots faster and longer than the #whiteprincessphilodendron. This is so fun! I can’t wait to see them at 3 months! @Popcornjoness Cool experiment! Are all other things (lighting) the same? It surprises me too about the PPP rooting faster than the WPP. My WPP seems to be a much happier plant with more vigorous growth. Maybe I'm just not getting the PPP enough water.
@UltraKoreanfir yep. Lighting and watering are the same the only difference is the medium. I was surprised too about the PPP. I know they are notorious for growing roots at snail pace when propagating. I really think it’s the prop drops and we the wild mix bags got them super happy.
