As always gorgeous pictures you all should be proud ! Especially loving that Hoya bloom . WTG people pictures make the plant parents so special .
Beautiful!
The Hoya is stunning! Here some more of mine, I'm so excited 😊
Wow that Hoya is really something 🀩
My bird of paradise Luna is sprouting a new beautiful leaf. 1st pic 6/29. 2nd pic from today.
Those are stunning as always. Here we only have some slow and steady growth with some of the mini hoyas and my one oncidium with a spike. They are doing their thing. And maybe next week with luck a cattleya bloom, if the bud doesn't still blast until then.
These are all amazing photos!! Y'all are taking such good care of your plants!!
@Kelsie @MightyAloLover @SFplantlover @Lottaluv4plants @IndigoLily πŸ’š
Thanks so much for the love and the likes/comments on my orchid! It means the world to me. I hope everyone is having a fantastic Friday!β™₯️🌱
@sarah10orio thank you so much Sarah!!!β™₯️🌹
This one had 4 heads when I got it. Now it has at least 25.
Hopefully she returns to full life , all with the help of Greg community, mucho respecto ✊
The McColleys Finale and Prince of Orange are throwing out new leaves, while I’m ❀️ing the solid white leaf (with pink vein) on my White Wizard. Meanwhile, we have 3 Peter πŸ‡ Cottontails, now living under the shed, daily hummingbird wars, and bees 🐝 galore. πŸ₯°
Plants are such great artists
Budding babies!!!
@RJG Hi Drew and everyone πŸ‘‹ Congrats to the lovely plant owners who were reconfinised this week.
Been a busy week for me with recording for the new podcast coming soon however I did manage to go to a Carnivorous Plant talk and I didn’t just talk the talk as I walked a couple of Nepenthes home including a Gothica (currently green) and a Red Leopard. Meanwhile one of my other Nepenthes has decided to put a new flower so I tried to take a photo with the old flower in the background (male)
@RJG Meanwhile I have a few new leaves and growth with little flowers (purple) on a sprig of rosemary and a new succulent (unknown for sure ) with little flowers about to bloom. Plus finally a Pink Princess πŸ‘Έ πŸ‘‘ and another new plant with great leaves
@RJG see comment above which for some reason didn’t upload the photos
@GregGang
So, so beautiful! They look to be a painting, or made out of sugar. Nature's magnificent creations are boundless!
Here’s some more πŸ˜†
#FreshLeafFriday time! I have lots, lol! My echevaria have been loving the windowsill and have new growth. My pickle cactus has new little growths all over, and my purple crassula has the cutest little leaves. 😊 #newgrowth #plantsmakepeoplehappy
@wolfqueen the pickle plant πŸ₯’ is pretty cool. Fast grower. What is the fuzzy Echeveria in the second photo?
#FreshLeafFriday ficus time. Shivereana, Tineke, Ruby, Yellow, and of course the green. I love them so much!
@UltraKoreanfir, thanks! My little Hanabi is a Mexican firecracker echevaria. I love her fuzz!
#FreshLeafFriday #FreshFeaturedFriday #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #GregGang #GregPlantShop Happy Friday hope you have all recovered from the 4th Holiday celebration! And I am very excited to tell you about all the new growth that is going on in the Oasis: First is the white Bird of Paradise in the process of unfurling a new leaf,next comes my new favorite the Fiddle leaf Fig, cute new leaves. The Philodendron Black Cardinal is becoming rather prolific in the leaf production. The previous leaf is barely mature and a new one is on the way, so cool! Then I have to acknowledge the Hoya Krimson Queen no blooms yet but leaves galore. And last but not least there’s the gorgeous variegated leaf of the Philodendron Brasil. Got to love the shades of green! Well guys that’s all for today Have a great rest of your weekend and stay safe!
Another #FreshLeafFriday. I always have several, lol. My euphorbia and string of bananas are thriving. Dog tail cactus is making a recovery from being scalding a couple weeks ago. My peperomia graveolens and money tree doing good! #newgrowth #plantsmakepeoplehappy
#FreshLeafFriday Happy plants :)
My nepenthes growing a pitcher :)
I have so many it’s hard to choose what I want to put in. First my rattlesnake plant because it has been a nightmare since I got it but it is finally putting out new growth, my Cebu blue pothos it is putting off tons of new growth, my red sun philodendron I’ve been waiting for that 1st leaf, my monstera has a new leaf unfurling, last the tiniest pothos ever. My manjula pothos is finally growing a new leaf
@Decideous Beautiful Aloe!!
Gorgeous plants, as with every #freshleaffriday !!
Here is my #angelwingbegonia cutting that has 2 baby leaves that just came up on it. πŸ₯° πŸ₯Ί
Definitely the cutest #newgrowth that I have right now! 😊
That orchid is amazing and gorgeous πŸ₯°. I want one!
#FreshLeafFriday again. Peperomia time. Watermelon, caperata, frost, Ecuador, and beautiful obtusifolia.
Almost all of them have flower spikes! #peperomia #plantsmakepeoplehappy #plantaddict
Happy #FreshLeafFriday! Here’s a before (Oct. 31) and now look at my Aloe Walmsley’s Variegata. Is she ready for a repot? Melted down this afternoon after work at the Home Depot garden center and brought home a new resident for my isolation area. All of a sudden I decided I wanted one of these Sansevieria Birdsnest. It’s the right size for one of my empty pots. Can’t leave the garden center empty handed after suffering through 92 degree heat!
Shared my #Monstera's new growth in an earlier post, so now I'll throw some love in my #JadePothos's direction πŸ˜› When I rescued it from a trash pile on the sidewalk almost a year ago, it was in a very sad state. Several months passed and still it struggled, so I wasn't sure whether it would ever bounce back. But finally, FINALLY, it started pushing out #NewGrowth last week! Hooray!! 🀩 #FreshLeafFriday #FreshFeaturedFriday #PlantLove

While I'm here @RJG, word on the street is you're the go-to person for all blue checkmark-related inquiries...πŸ€“β˜ΊοΈ
Fun new leaf on the red congo with just a splash of color.
@GaryPoopins that’s pretty!
@SirLiquorice That’s a terrific looking Papersine Cactus! Mine looks down right puny next to your specimen!
These are my absolute favorite but I cannot for the life of me keep them alive 😩
@Swoody, I've had those ferns once. I couldn't either. They're so pretty, though. Maybe it was the humidity.
The colors on @Kelsey orchid is gorgeous 🀩
Another for #FreshLeafFriday. New leaves on my burro's tail burrito is hanging on and growing well. Are growth for my string of hearts. FINALLY got things right enough for my little orchid to get a new leaf! Rhappy tetrasperma and caladium put out some beautiful new growth. Great day! Still ain't done! #plantsmakepeoplehappy #newgrowth
There are so many stunning plants in this post so far, I just can’t.
Here are a few of mine for the week. 1) Newly adopted baby Thai constellationβ€”so in love. 2) New unfurling leaf on my green velvet alocostia, Freya. 3) JabberJaw, my fishbone cactus, which I had no clue was a cactus until I joined #Greg. πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈHappy #FreshLeafFriday everyone! 😎
Almost dine with #FreshLeafFriday. I think. Begonia, Algerian ivy, and Michealmoelleria. My philodendron Congo rojo, which was one plant, is now two plants, Juno and Hera. They're growing much better now.
Ok, last one for #FreshLeafFriday. Philodendron xanadu, aglaonema, pilea dark mystery, begonia, and philodendron golden crocodile. It is a great growing season! #plantsmakepeoplehappy #newgrowth
My monstera has responded well to my new grow lights and being moved inside. My boys (the snake plant and spider plant) are always making me proud! Myra Madison (my elephant ear) is growing two new leaves at once!
These are absolutely stunning!
@wolfqueen pickle cactus!🌡 I love it. 😻 I have never heard of that before.
Every day I can’t stop staring at the new leaves on this variegated African Violet, and my Angel Wing Begonia secretly grew two new leaves when I was away for just 48 hours! The Alocasia Bambino that I had killed a couple months ago has been brought back to life with new leaves and new roots. And my Syngonium Albo has a beautiful half moon leaf.
@Ms.Persnickety it used to look like this. It’s crazy how much it’s grown and some heads came off months ago so it even has some pups rooted growing more plants
@SirLiquorice Amazing you really have a way with cacti! And of course you have them all in that cactus soil you swear by. What was it called again? I have to get some once I use the other stuff I have all up!!!
Few more philodendron that have been pushing some fun leaves - variegated yellow congo / mint red congo / firebird / bob cee.
@Ms.Persnickety Something nagging in my mind tells me it was Miracle Gro Succulent/Cactus mix. Is that correct @Sirlicorice, or am I thinking of someone else?
got some new leaves growing on my rubber plant :)
@olivia215 thank you
@Fireplace Wow Allison, I mean there are some truly spectacular and stunning plants on display this week, one of the best I can recall.
However I have a natural bias towards the ones you put in display and would love to know their cultivator names if you know them as that VFT is a great color and your sundews are incredible too! Thanks so much for sharing, I hope you can share more and feel free to join #cpclubthursday and add it to your post by adding the hashtag so that other CP Ckub members can admire your plants too !
Really enjoyed your post @Seymour
@UltraKoreanfir I’m torn between that being sir licorice or charlie (didn’t want to tag them given I’m always wrong about memory stuff πŸ™‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ) who makes anything thrive in miracle grow and now I need to know πŸ˜‚βœ”οΈ
Beautiful 🀩
@UltraKoreanfir Sorry, but that’s definitely not it! But @SirLiquorice uses something just for cacti, if I remember correctly it has β€œFarm β€œ &” Rabbit” in the name and it’s not easy to find. At least it’s not sold on Amazon!!! I found it!!! It’s called Rabbit HillFarm you can order it at : Maestro-gro.com comes in 10 , 5 Gallon and 3 Qt. size. Mystery solved πŸ‘πŸ‘
@Seymour thank you so much! The pictures of your plants were beautiful. Wow those pitcher plants…. What kind are they? Also, the types of plants were spoon-leaf sundew (first two), B52 VFT, a random bromeliad I found at a Home Depot, and a sensitive plant. I got all except the sundew locally, (or as locally as possible for the sensitive plant.) 😊
@nellz4estfairyz, yes. I love those plants! Her name is Kosher. πŸ˜‰
@wolfqueen πŸ˜‚
@Ms.Persnickety sorry I just saw your response. Rabbit hill farms soilliess cactus mix. And that’s just sand and lava rocks on top. But this cactus is pretty thirsty so when I repot it I might add some regular soil to the mix to retain more water since this one is not a rot prone cactus and drinks water more than others. I water when it starts to get wrinkled. https://maestro-gro.com/cactusmix.aspx
@Ms.Persnickety I can’t believe I didn’t see these messages until now. But yeah that’s it you found it. @UltraKoreanfir https://maestro-gro.com/cactusmix.aspx
@GaryPoopins https://maestro-gro.com/cactusmix.aspx it’s that soil
@UltraKoreanfir @Ms.Persnickety @GaryPoopins luckily I can buy that soil locally at rainbow gardens nursery. But I would order it if they stopped selling it. I have not found a better pre made cactus soil especially for rot prone plants
@SirLiquorice πŸ‘. MAESTRO- Gro and not MIRACLE-Gro 🀣. Got it!
@Fireplace The pitcher plants are hybrids so a Gothica and a Red Leopard πŸ†! The supplier bre de them specifically for this area and I love the red spotty leaves as I have another which is a great plant called Merida

https://greg.app/Seymour/plants/9881e6dd/
She’s finally in bloom (& growing like wild!). I never had much success with plants before and this made my week
