Help, Heβs turning yellow π« #dumbcanehelp
Any advice? I havenβt moved him, but I did repot him last week because his original soil seemed waterlogged everytime I watered him. I repotted in well draining soil and let him dry out between watering. He did perk up after I repotted but now more leaves turning yellow & a couple have damage - is this pest related? π« (the half leaf is from our resident terrorist, Kakashi - also pictured) He is under a grow light and getting 6+ hours a day direct lightβ¦ please help! #Dieffenbachia #help #NewPlantMom #Dumb4Dieffenbachia #PetsAndPlants

Dieffenbachias lose the leaves they no longer need; it's normal. You'll notice the lower leaves yellow and turn brown. You can just peel it off.
That type of dieffenbachia is a little less sturdy than the bigger varieties. But you'll get the hang of it's care in no time!
Just keep sweet Kakashi away- dieffenbachias are poisonous.
