I keep all of my plants in plastic liner pots with drainage, including this type, and just make sure to use chunky soil (either buy an aroid mix or add perlite and some bark and charcoal to regular) then I can change them out easily between whatever outer pots I like. Not sure if that’s what you were looking for but I hope it helps.

@lemrobs thank you. I have some in post if and some in terra cotta and some in clay with only glaze in the outside. Those ones are are harder to find though.
