Hey @goldenhourgreen welcome to greg. Whenever you see crispy edges and Browning like that, it's usually a humidity issue. These babies are on the difficult side to raise they require a lot of attention and higher humidity than most I would start misting if you feel comfortable with that some people don't. I would put a pebbly under her and keep it with filled with water so that as it evaporates, it provides more humidity. Make sure she is not getting a direct sunlight. And let the soil dry out just slightly. Leave it moister at the bottom. They don't like to have what feet but they prefer to be slightly moist. It is a beautiful plant. I personally have never had a lot of luck with my calathea. I keep trying and keep trying. And I've got a couple going right now. That are doing OK, but I've lost several myself.
