@HappyRedshanks are you confused about the name? Or do you think it's a different succulent? Based on the second picture, it's probably correct. The 'hens and chicks' moniker refers to the many young plants they bear, with the plantlets being the chicks and the hen being the main plant. Yes, believe it or not, they are actually called Hens and Chicks
