If it's "white anthurium" with many offset stems intact, so it should recover - the soil is a bit too wet on the photo.
However, I'd agree with (Nadia) @DreamMachine - we can guess all day long on the plant, it would be much easier to assist if you'd told us what plant it is.

Hey there! Iβm not great at identifying, so I canβt help you thereβ¦ but I can try to help with soil and that. So first: is this in a pot that has drainage? Second: what kind of soil are you using and how well is the soil as far as air circulation? Is it in a chunky mix or potting soil? Potting mix and potting soil are different. Third: lighting? How much light π‘ do they get a day? Are you using a full-spectrum light or something different?
