Should I thin plant out?
My husband has this umbrella plant and it isn’t looking to good. It has scale by the look but we were also wondering if we should thin the bottom branches out as it seems to be quite crowded?
It is next to a south facing window and gets diffused light every day.

I'm of the side of leaf it alone.
I think that growth is usually good, but we need to make sure that it doesn't have scale.
