What’s going on with my geranium?

Hi! My guess is that it’s setting in wet dirt. Looks like that pot has no drainage so its roots will slowly rot. I would repot into a pot with drainage holes and trim off the yellowing leaves. (The petals will fall off as normal as the bloom dies but that’s ok! You can trim off dying blooms too and it’ll grow new ones.) 🌱☀️❤️
