I used to keep mine in an east facing window but I didn't think it was getting enough sun. I combined myοΏΌ regular SOH and my variegated SOH and put them in a west-facing window. They are doing much better.

@sarahsalith do you treat a string of hearts like you do a string of turtles 🐒? I also have a variegated sweetheart Hoya in the same pot. Any recommendations?

My SOH is about a foot and a half from a south window. It doesn’t get direct sun all day. Mine is a small plant and is doing okay

@KikiGoldblatt I think they look good together. I've never had good luck combining plants- but my mom sure does! They sorta have the same care needs- it looks likes it's working for you. (: πŸ’š I think the grow light is perfect!

Ive seen someone use a thin mesh sheet between their window and their soh
