Brown & Crunchy spot

My #clusia has a couple spots that are a little crunchy/brown/black. Everywhere else she is thriving and looks great, but Iā€™m just wondering if I should cut the top one off? Do I leave it? #clusiarosea #AutographTree

I would leave it because it still has plenty of green on it to help produce for the plant but I would keep an eye on it to make sure it isn't spreading. Browning at the growth point is (mildly) concerning but it also could be a weird leaf.
