Why is this ping curled up so much?

That means it’s getting the light it wants!
The rosettes of succulents will be tighter if they’re getting adequate light.
They’ll be more open and more of a loose rosette if the lighting isn’t quite sufficient, and if this goes on for too long, then they’ll start stretching and looking sparse (the leaves flatten out to absorb as much sunlight/grow light as possible.)

So, it seems you’ve got sufficient light for at least one! The others might get there eventually, it depends on the type.

(I realize that while this isn’t technically a succulent, it appears to be very similar)

DAMN that looks so cool!!
Some pings kind of go dormant in the winter and change to a succulent-like state. That may be why it looks different! 😊 I have a ping doing the same I think!
